Construction Phases
Initial Phase: With the larger projects, Mr. Jackson will manage and schedule everything starting with the Design Phase, Engineering, and Permits. He will personally meet with you in selecting your materials, preparing contracts, payment scheduling, and pre-ordering material items.

Construction Phase: Mr. Jackson will schedule the subcontractors in a timely and efficient manner, coordinate Inspections, and most importantly, keep you informed of the progress of the project. He will make sure the job site remains clean as well.

Completion Phase: Mr. Jackson will coordinate final inspections. A punch list and a personal walk-thru inspection with you to your complete satisfaction will be made before the final payment. If you have any questions or problems after the completion, Mr. Jackson will promptly address it up to a full year thereafter.
